Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment time. We schedule appointments according to our stylists availability and concentration. If you are running late no problem, please be courteous and contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will limit the amount of time allocated to you for your service; it will decrease the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment of the hair care process. If the service is beyond the time and we can’t properly complete the task then you will be rescheduled to the earliest date of convenience. As a courtesy to all our clients our treatments once started are completed as scheduled. Cancellation of all Salon Services require a 24-hour notice. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. Gratuities are not included in the price of service and are greatly appreciated.
